# Max 订阅说每月送 API credits，绑好 Console 之后 Claude Code 一跑还是提示余额不足？

Claude 定价页上 Max 那张卡片，最后一行写着「$100 to $200/month in API credits to build on the Claude Platform」。不少人看到这句，以为订了 Max 就等于 Claude Code 多了一笔可以烧的钱。这笔钱和 Claude Code 没关系，它打进的是你在 Claude Console 里的某个 organization，只能花在 Claude Platform 上。

$100 到 $200 对应的是两档：Max 5x 每月 $100，Max 20x 每月 $200。Team 套餐也有：Standard 席位每席 $20，Premium 席位每席 $100，全队合成一个池子，每月封顶 $500，打折的 Team（非营利、科研那类）按同样标准算。Free、Pro、Enterprise 没有这项。具体规则在官方文档 [API credits for Max and Team plans](https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/about-claude/api-credits-for-subscribers)，帮助中心的 [What is the Max plan?](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/11049741-what-is-the-max-plan) 和 [定价页](https://claude.com/pricing) 写的金额一致。

领取入口在 claude.ai 网页版。Max 进 Settings \> Billing，Team 进 Organization settings \> Billing，找到 API credits 这一块，选一个 Console organization，点链接时同意 program terms。还没有 Console 组织的，可以先去 [platform.claude.com](http://platform.claude.com) 建，也可以在领取流程里现建。两边的角色都得对：Max 这边得是订阅者本人，Team 要 Primary Owner 或 Owner；Console 组织里要有 Owner、Admin 或 Billing 角色。iOS、Android 上买的套餐也能领，只是要到网页上操作。Console 那边不用绑支付方式。

刚付款的人常问设置里怎么找不到这一块。新订阅要在合格套餐上满 7 天才能领，文档还写了不符合条件的账号在设置页压根看不到 API credits。过了 7 天还是没有，就去找官方支持。

绑定这一步要想好再点。一个套餐只能绑一个 Console organization，一个组织也只接收一个套餐的额度，绑完自己改不了，要换只能联系支持。随手挑个测试组织，以后正经项目在别的组织里就用不上这笔钱。另外组织里所有 API key、所有 workspace 共用同一个余额，想给某个项目设上限，可以单独开个 workspace 设 spend limit。

限额那套规则不会因为有赠送额度就放宽。用赠送额度跑的请求照样算进组织的月度 spend cap，而 spend cap 是每个自然月 1 号重置，赠送额度却跟着你的账单周期走，两个日子多半对不上，看 Console 里的数字时别弄混。绑定了合格套餐的组织至少会升到 Start 这一档 usage tier，除此之外领额度不改 tier，这笔钱也不算进升档的消费。

额度每个账单周期到账一次（年付的按月到），周期结束没用完就作废，不会滚到下个月。到账后在 Console 的 [Billing](https://platform.claude.com/settings/billing) 页 Promotional credits 一栏能看到金额和到期日。扣费顺序是先扣赠送的，再扣自己买的；自动充值只看你买的那部分余额。赠送额度花光、组织里又没有别的余额时，API 请求会停到下个周期到账，不会算到 Claude 订阅上。

标题里那个余额不足，原因出在覆盖范围上。这笔额度覆盖 Claude API、Claude Managed Agents、Claude Agent SDK 和 Console 里的 playground；不覆盖 Claude Code，也不覆盖 Claude app 里的超额用量，AWS、Bedrock、Google Cloud、Microsoft Foundry 上的 Claude 同样用不了。所以拿这个组织的 API key 去跑 Claude Code，组织里又只有这笔赠送额度的话，Claude Code 会显示：

领了额度也不会改变 Claude 和 Claude Code 本身的用量上限。Claude Code 里 1M 上下文要开的 usage credits 属于应用内计费，和这笔 API 赠送额度不是一个东西。

升级和取消的情况文档里也写了：Max 5x 升 20x，会马上补一笔按比例折算的额度，之后每个周期 $200，Google Play 订阅的这笔 $200 会晚一点，最迟下次续费时到；取消或降级后不再发新额度，已经到账的用到过期为止。
